In this form of yoga dynamical postures (yang) are alternated with static postures (yin). The yang part of this yoga form focuses on the strength and flexibility of your muscles; the yin part more on the deeper connective tissue of your joints and organs.

The course consists of 8 classes of 75 minutes. You join 1 class a week. The teacher of the course is Barbara Falorni.

Yin yoga

In this counterpart of Vinyasa yoga, everything happens slowly and calmly. Most postures are in seated or lying position, and will be held for 3 to 5 minutes, with time your feeling ‘in the moment’. This affects your deeper connective tissue, the more rigid area of your muscles and tendons around your joints. Physically as well as mentally you become more flexible and relaxed.

The course consists of 8 classes of 75 minutes. You join 1 class a week. The teacher of the course is Barbara Falorni.
