Do you want to improve your squats, bench presses and dead lifting technique? And you’re up for a new challenge in the fitness area? With this powerlifting course at the USC you can have it all! There are courses for beginners and advanced.
Every Thursday from 19.00 til 20.00 there is a powerlifting techniques (squat, bench and deadlift) class in the fitness area for beginners. This is a perfect follow up of your course. You can simply attend with your fitness membership. In ClubWest every Wednesday morning there is an open training from 10.45 til 11.45 for beginners and Saturday morning from 11.00 to 12.00 for all levels.
Emiel Fincken is a BSc in Biomedical Sciences. Next to his studies, he obtained several weight lifting certificates (NSCA CSCS, KNKF). Furthermore he is a competitive powerlifter within the KNKF himself!
