Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint or something does not live up to your expectations, please contact us by sending a mail to usc@usc.uva.nl. Don’t forget to mention:

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • description of your complaint

if applicable:

  • date and time of the incident
  • location

You will get a confirmation within 3 days, after which your complaint will be processed within 4 weeks.
