Yes, of course. You’re most welcome. The only condition is that you have to be at least 16.
I’m not a member, can I do a free trial?
I’m a USC member. Can I bring someone to try-out the USC facilities?
Yes, you can. Unless: 1. He or she has already been a USC member. 2 He or she has already made use of this trial membership.
Do I need to pay a one-time subscription fee?
Can I ‘freeze’ my membership if I go abroad for an internship?
You can freeze your membership for a period no longer than 5 months. Send your request to email@example.com along with a copy of your internship contract.
I’ve purchased a course, but I can’t participate. Can I cancel the course and get my course fee reimbursed?
You can only get your course fee reimbursed in case of injury or long time disease. You will have to prove this with an official document.
Can I do a trial class of a course?
Unless the course is full, you can do a free trial class of a course. But only of the first class of a course period.
I want to sign in at My USC, but I don’t have a password.
If you’re a USC member, you automatically have a USC account. You don’t know your password? You can get one by sending a mail to our front desk: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am a member, but my email address is not recognized when I try to sign in at My USC. What should I do?
You might have signed up at the USC with a different email address. Either way, please contact our front desk: email@example.com.
I want to purchase a product on My USC, but the system says: ‘Dit product is afhankelijk’. What does this mean?
Please choose the product ‘subscription fee’ first. After you’ve added this subscription fee to your card, you can purchase the product you want. Have you paid a subscription fee before? Please contact our front desk: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I purchased a product online but did not get a confirmation. Was my subscription succesful?
If you did not get a confirmation on your email, please contact email@example.com.
Can I pay by bank collection?
This is possible for all memberships that exceed the amount of €250,-. Ask about the possibilities at your front desk.
How can I end my membership?
All USC memberships end automatically i.e. you don’t have to actively end it.
Can I cancel my subscription before the end date when I move?
This is possible, but only according to our terms and conditions. You will have to show an official document.
Can I freeze my membership when I go on holidays?
No, in general that’s not possible. An exception is made for a year’s subscription with variable start date. This subscription can be frozen for at most one month without a reason. You should request this in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I freeze my membership when I’m ill or injured?
Yes, that is possible. Please send your request to our member services: email@example.com.
I can’t seem to make a reservation for a group fitness class. What should I do?
I’ve missed a course class. Can I do a catch-up class?
You can do a catch-up class in the same course form and only after consulting with the instructor. This course can’t be full and has to be in the same course period.
