Co-operation in SMA
The USC massage practitioner is part of the SMA (Sports Medical Advisory Center). By co-operating in the multidisciplinary team of the physiotherapists, sports physician, dietitian and the exercise physiologists the high standard of quality is guaranteed.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage manipulates the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments. It helps alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses.

Manage your own stress levels and learn how to tackle pain in your muscles. In this 1.5 hours session we use tennis balls as a tool.
