In the hectics of life, are you conscious of your body? Do you take time to pause and sense how you feel? Massage is an effective instrument for this. Massages make you unwind. They stimulate your health and offer relief in times of stress and physical discomfort.
For whom and when?
When you have physical work/sports related complaints
Massage works effectively on (and prevents) tensions or injuries associated with sports, bad posture or sitting work; e.g. stiffness in neck, shoulders, back etc. After a period of inactivity a massage is an effective tool to release bodily wastes from the muscles, stimulate your blood circulation and activate the self healing power of your body.
When you have too much tension or stress
You did not set the limit, you loose control. You’re out of balance. Your body aches; you feel tired and you lack energy. Through massage and movement your body and emotions come into motion. Your body consciousness is triggered and you start to ease anxiety. You learn to recognize and respond to your bodies signals and the effects they have on your breathing and mental state.
When you want to unwind
Need some quality ‘me’ time? A pause from your daily hassle? Take your time to unwind and be fully aware of your body.
