Experts in various disciplines are joined together in the USC Sports Advice Centre; we have sports physicians, physiotherapists, sports scientists, sports psychologists, personal trainers and dieticians.
In sports centre Universum the USC Sports Advice Centre has a private space where these specialists work together closely and make use of each others expertise. Due to improved accessability and more open consultation hours, it is now easier to get professional advice or treatment. You will quickly find the right person for your specific question.
Sports Advice
Our movement scientists Maurice Maas and Tom Sieverding are concerned with testing and advising athletes. To be able to run tests the USC Sports Advice Centre possesses a sports lab with modern equipment, such as expiratory gas analysis. The newest acquisition of the sports lab is the "Digital Boxing Trainers Assistant". With this device we can test and train martial artists, boxers and kickboxers on their kick and punch techniques. Athletes from inside and outside the USC have already profited from the Digital Boxing Trainers Assistant!
Physiotherapy

Sports psychologists Sanne Bakker and Frank Cabooter help you with the mental aspects of sport. Through courses or individual mental training you can get more out of yourself. Athletes of all levels can benefit from mental training. All info
